KAW

With Sean Patrick Flanery, Steven McHattie, Kristen Booth, Rod Taylor
Directed by Sheldon Wilson

Going for Hitchcock's Birds effect, this hardly inspiring take on the theme has a small town sheriff (on his last day before leaving for the city) facing his biggest task yet. People start turning up dead, victims of raven attacks. A huge flock of these cool black birds has the town running in fear of their lives as our hero tries to save a bunch of folks broken down outside of town from these bright birds with a sudden taste for flesh. Watchable, but not essential.
In case you’ve wondered what has happened to the promising young hunk Flanery after Powder and Boondock Saints, here lies your answer.
