With Stephen Rea, Bruce Payne, Dimo Alexiev
Written by Chris Mancini
Directed by Todor Chapkanov

What an abysmal result in what seems to be an attempt at salvaging an incomplete movie. The “shelved film” footage has a SWAT team breaching a criminally insane penitentiary where demonic activity is possessing inmates. But, two guys sitting watching this unfinished footage in an edit suite make wisecracks as they go along (in the vein of the Mystery Science Theatre 3000 joke commentary). That is pretty much it!

With missing scenes and gaps filled by title cards or edit notes and descriptions where special effects needed to be inserted, if the comments were actually funny, it may have been more entertaining…

With Crying Game actor Stephen Rea in one of the lead roles, this must be his absolute career low.

Whether it was indeed a shelved movie, a short film bulked up as a feature film, or created to be exactly what it is (and cut effect cost), unfortunately it fails on all accounts.
