REPO MAN

With Emilio Estevez, Harry Dean Stanton, Fox Harris
Written & Directed by Alex Cox

Set in a surreal L.A. of the mid-80s, the first cult hit by writer-director Alex Cox sees a suburban punk turn repo man (repossessing cars from people defaulting on their car loan payments). With a $20 000 prize on a 1964 Chevy Malibu, the repo men take out all the stops. But in the trunk of this car (driven by a mad scientist) is a deadly secret. Great performances, socio-political subtexts, hilarious dialogue & situations add to making this one unforgettable flick.
